Sonya's Blog - Day 269 - March 17th - St. Patrick's Day
We were invited over to have breakfast with Cody and the rest of the family. We got over there around 9 or 9:30 and Cody had breakfast made: pancakes with sausages. We all had a great breakfast and then decided to head over to the pool.
We all had fun at the pool and hot tub for the rest of the morning, before we had to head back for lunch and so the little one's could nap. After lunch the rest of us that were not napping just hung out. Cody was playing chess with Blake and Isaac and Dan (Cody's brother) and I played crib. I couldn't get anything going with my cards, just the worse. Dan, on the other hand, had great cards and skunked me by one point. I talked Blake into playing with us, so we had 3 players, which changes the play. I, once again, had no luck with my cards and got skunked again. Not my day for cards. The little one's were up by this time, so we headed over to the park. I took Kizmet, so that she could play fetch while the kids played at the park. It was all good. Blake and Isaac went to the pool and Dan's oldest son, also named Blake, joined them.

Cody and Dan made supper while we were at the park and we came back for ribs and salad. Blake, Cody, Dan, Natasha and Isaac were going to watch a hockey game tonight. They ate quick so that they could leave on time. The hockey arena is over an hours drive from the house and there is always bad traffic. Once they left Casey and her sister in law, Christine, got their kids ready for bed. Once the kids were down us girls just hung out and swapped stories.

Everyone got back around 10:30 and we said our goodbyes and headed back to our RV. We leave for Las Vegas in the morning.
