The 3rd day at the Smithsonian
Today we got up and went to the theater where Lincoln was shot. It had a full museum about Abraham Lincoln about the civil war that freed coloured men. Abraham Lincoln's brother-in-law died in the war. The assassin shot just behind Lincoln's ear as the crowed was laughing at a joke. The assassin jumped off the booth and broke his leg. But he got away because the audience thought it was part of the play. How wrong they were. We also went to the house where Lincoln died. It had to stack of books written about Lincoln.

Then we went to the Smithsonian Museum of American history we saw things like the flood that inspired the national anthem of America and Archie's chair. We also saw the ruby red slippers. And other things that's all for today bye.
