The parents let us children sleep in a bit but we eventually had to get up to eat and shower and such in preparation for the arrival of Uncle Fred and Aunt Theresa, who were coming down from Nova Scotia to meet. When they got here we made some tea and had a nice chat fest outside. Well, the adults did most of the talking, much to Isaac’s displeasure. After a bit we decided to drive to the Cow’s creamery just down the street. Cow’s is apparently rated the best ice cream in the world and there are only ten of them in Canada, one of which is in Banff and five of which are on P.E.I. They had a little factory tour, explaining the creation of their ice cream, butter and merchandise. Unfortunately we unwittingly picked a day that they didn’t have production running, so we didn’t actually get to see the creation of anything. Their t-shirts are pretty hilarious. They had one that said Steerlock Holmes, another that said Doctor Moo and my personal favourite, Austin Cowers, International Moo of Mystery. I bought a postcard of Doctor Moo, some Anne of Green Gables Raspberry Cordial and Aunt Theresa bought us some ice cream. I got peanut butter cup cup (why it has two cups in the name, I guess we’ll never know) and went outside to eat them beside the giant cow statue they have in the front, naturally. After we all finished our cones we got back in our respective cars and headed into Charlottetown to check

out the wharf area. It took us a while to actually get down there because of where we had parked and even longer to actually find the area with the shops and such. Eventually we got there, but we didn’t stay long. I checked out a couple of shops and Isaac wanted to watch a pogo stick street performer do his grand finale trick. Dad had managed to get a new batch of fries made for him to bring back for dinner whilst we were watching and he’d gotten back before the guy had even gotten on his “pogo stick of death”. For dinner we ate the fries and Dad cooked up some burgers Uncle Fred had brought. We had another fire by the water and the weather had lessened up a bit, so it wasn’t as cool. I decided to go to bed after a while since the adults seemed like they wanted to talk some more. Peace out m8s.
