We were supposed to go into town today, and Dad told me he’d wake me up at quarter to eight, but that didn’t happen and I didn’t wake up until 9:30am, so there goes that plan. We chilled at home for the morning, doing some more work and such. I wrote a book report on Divergent. Dad bought tickets for a Hamilton TiCats game, so we had to leave at about 3:00pm to drive down to that. Mum didn’t want to go, so it was just me and the boys. I’ve never been to a CFL or an NFL game before, so this was a first for me. I wasn’t disappointed. Hamilton got four touchdowns in the first two quarters, making the score 28 - 0 agains the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The Blue Bombers got one touchdown in the third quarter right

before the TiCats kicked a field goal. Then, in the fourth, another touchdown went to Hamilton with a minute and a half left, so there wasn’t really much of a question after that. Our seats were on the second level, but people started leaving with five minutes left so Dad lead me and my brother down into the front to watch the last bit of the game. It’s a much different perspective and we got high-fives from some of the players at the end of the game. We had a bit of trouble finding food afterwards, but we just ended up going to Timmy’s in the end as everything else was closed. It was really fun and I’d like to do it again sometime on this trip.
